My first Althea Box

Over the Halloween, I decided to go online shopping for a subscription box. Needless to say, it’s very difficult. If you were a big Kathleenlights fan, you’d be enticed to order Boxycharm (SHerm as she pronounces it) but unfortunately you have to pay a ton to get that here in the Philippines. Anyway, the search lead me to Althea Korea—I know they don’t exactly have a subscription box but I read a number of reviews and the pink boxes of goodies just attracted my attention. I got myself one.

COSRX was out of stock in Lazada and I was also in search for legit sellers so Althea must be the best option. I also ordered my go-to LANEIGE BB Pore control in 23C Sand. 

It only took about a week to get my package and that excluded the holiday and the weekend. They were safely wrapped in bubblewraps. I expected receiving free stuff from Korea but I guess they don’t really provide any unless I buy more—or they don’t really have freebies.

Was it a good experience purchasing from Althea? Definitely.

Once the product was shipped to the country, I didn’t receive any message informing me that my product was on its way to my house. I guess I got used to purchasing stuff from Amazon.

Will I purchase from Althea Korea again? You bet.
